The purpose of this paper was to show the relationship between personality traits and hope, as well job satisfaction in lives artists pedagogues (teachers). research conducted among living working Poland. Research tools such as: Job Satisfaction (SSP) by Zalewska, Personality Inventory (NEO-FFI) Costa McCrae, Hope Scale (HS) Snyder were used. obtained results that extraversion correlates significantly positively with satisfaction, while neuroticism – negatively group pedagogues.
